How FundRobin Works

FundRobin is an organisation-aware, evidence-backed grant workflow platform. Teams can find and prioritise funding, build a reviewed Organisation Brain, draft with relevant requirements and evidence, and manage applications — while Robin uses the context available to the workflow and people remain responsible for the final judgement.

1. Find and prioritise funding

FundRobin revisits supported funding sources, structures useful opportunity information and applies eligibility and fit analysis so teams can decide what to investigate first.

  • A match score is a prioritisation signal, not an award probability.
  • The original funder remains authoritative.

2. Build reusable organisation knowledge

The Organisation Library gives teams a human-facing place to organise and review reusable evidence. The Organisation Brain is the reviewed organisational context FundRobin can reuse with Robin and proposal work when relevant.

3. Keep evidence and relationships visible

Reviewed knowledge can retain source context, and the Knowledge Graph helps teams explore how organisation knowledge, evidence and grant work connect without becoming a separate source of truth.

4. Use Robin with the relevant context

Robin can retrieve opportunity facts, match context, authorised Organisation Brain knowledge and relevant source material before answering. Source links can be shown where supported.

5. Understand the application before drafting

Proposal work can use the funder requirements and exact application questions where they have been verified and are available, together with project direction and reviewed organisation context.

6. Surface gaps instead of hiding them

Missing or conflicting facts and application decisions can become Input Required. A gap in context is not permission for the AI to invent an organisational fact.

7. Draft, review and manage the application

Smart Proposal can draft from relevant requirements, reviewed knowledge and evidence. Material Sources can be shown where supported, proposed edits remain reviewable, and the application stays visible through deadlines, status and outcome tracking.
