FundRobin was built on a simple belief: grant-seeking organisations deserve useful tools to find funding and prepare stronger applications. We bring discovery, reusable evidence, AI-assisted drafting and application management together for nonprofits, NGOs, research institutions, social enterprises and startups.
The funding gap no one was fixing
Organisations waste hundreds of hours every year manually searching fragmented funding databases — trawling through outdated directories, missing deadlines, and writing proposals with no guarantee they even meet eligibility criteria.
Fragmented tools and repeated evidence gathering add to that burden, whether you are a solo fundraiser, nonprofit team, research office or startup preparing an innovation proposal.
FundRobin was founded in the UK in May 2025 by Nahin Alamin and Sara Anhar to close that gap. FundRobin is UK-founded and supports grant-seeking workflows for organisations working across the UK, US, EU, Australia, Canada, and international funder programmes where source data is available. Funding availability depends on indexed sources and each funder's eligibility rules.

Built by people who've been there
With senior roles at Capgemini, BT Group, and PwC, Nahin delivered £200M+ in value through transformation programmes for FTSE 100 clients. At FundRobin he drives overall strategy, product vision, and commercial direction — translating the mission of democratising grant access into a platform organisations actually want to use.

With 8+ years at UNICEF, World Food Programme, Malaria Consortium, and the Bangladesh Women's Health Coalition, Sara navigated funding landscapes across cultures and contexts. She witnessed firsthand the hours organisations lose chasing grants — and co-founded FundRobin to give that time back.

With 11+ years at EY, TUI, and AstraZeneca's Process Mining Centre of Excellence, Nabaa has built her career turning complex data into intelligent systems. At FundRobin she architects the AI extraction pipeline, matching algorithms, and NLP capabilities that surface the right grants for every organisation. Based in Abu Dhabi, working globally.
