Democratising access to grant funding

FundRobin was built on a simple belief: every nonprofit, charity, or mission-driven organisation — anywhere in the world, regardless of size or budget — deserves the tools to discover funding and win grants. Founded in the UK, we now serve organisations across the US, EU, Australia, Canada, and beyond.

Our story

The funding gap no one was fixing

Organisations waste hundreds of hours every year manually searching fragmented funding databases — trawling through outdated directories, missing deadlines, and writing proposals with no guarantee they even meet eligibility criteria.

Meanwhile, enterprise-grade grant software costs thousands a year — locking out the small and medium-sized nonprofits and charities that need it most.

FundRobin was founded in the UK in May 2025 by Nahin Alamin and Sara Anhar to close that gap. Today we serve organisations across the UK, US, EU, Australia, Canada, and internationally — with a database of 12,000+ donors and tailored grant landscapes for every major funding region.

"We're not just building technology — we're democratising access to funding for every mission-driven organisation, regardless of size or budget."

What we stand for

Our values

Accessibility for All

Sophisticated grant tools should not be reserved for well-resourced organisations. We price fairly and keep essential features accessible to small charities and solo fundraisers.

Sector Understanding

Our platform is built by people with direct nonprofit experience. Every feature reflects the real challenges mission-driven teams face — not assumptions from the outside.

Transparency & Trust

We are clear about what our AI can and cannot do. It creates high-quality first drafts — your expertise and judgement remain essential. Your data is never used for model training.

Equity in Funding

Small-to-medium organisations have historically lacked the tools that large charities take for granted. We are changing that — levelling the playing field for everyone.

Our mission

"To ensure that every charitable organisation — regardless of size or budget — has the tools they need to discover funding opportunities and create compelling grant applications."
