Who is the Showcase for?
The Showcase is for organisations with an ongoing funding workflow that expect to use FundRobin regularly for funding research, opportunity prioritisation, proposal development or team collaboration.
Is the Showcase suitable for a single grant application?
The Showcase is designed for repeat use rather than a single application or one-off research project. If you need occasional or short-term access, a paid plan may be a better fit.
What makes an organisation a good fit?
Strong applicants have a clear funding goal, someone available to use the platform during the evaluation, and a willingness to attend onboarding and share practical feedback with the FundRobin team.
Is Showcase approval automatic?
No. We review each application to make sure the guided evaluation is a good fit for your organisation and the way you expect to use FundRobin.
When does the 30-day Showcase begin?
The 30-day period begins only after onboarding, organisation-profile preparation and FundRobin activation. Submitting this application does not start the trial.
Is a payment card required?
No card is required to apply for or participate in the approved Showcase. A card is required only if you choose a paid subscription.
Can we subscribe immediately instead?
Yes. Growth and Impact are available as monthly or annual paid plans from the pricing page.
What is included in the Showcase allowance?
The guided evaluation includes up to three users, three private opportunity uploads, five proposal generations and ten feedback or review uses during the activated 30-day period.
What happens after the Showcase?

You can continue with a paid FundRobin plan if the platform is a good fit, or stop using the service. The Showcase does not create an obligation to subscribe.
